If any treatments are required, you will only be charged for the vaccinations or malaria tablets we provide  no consultation fee will be charged. If however no treatments are required you will be charged a one-off £20 consultation fee. 

You will be received by a member of our healthcare team who will confirm your details before handing you on to the care of our travel-health qualified Pharmacist. If you require a chaperone to be present just let our colleague know when you attend.

We have access to the entire range of vaccines required for safe travel abroad (subject to availability). As we a group of 10 pharmacies - if we don't have an item in stock we can easily obtain from one of our branches that has stock, saving you time and frustration.

Our pharmacist will gather the details about your health and any medications you are on before making recommendation. We can, with your consent, access your medical details to help with making recommendations that are safe and effective for you even if you are taking other medicines.

Certain destinations will expect you to have certain vaccinations and / or certificates in order to enter those countries, for example Yellow Fever vaccination. Our pharmacist can advise whether such requirements are relevant to your destination.

This depends on the patient, the vaccination/s required and the destination. Ideally, we would recommend talking to our pharmacists 6-8 weeks before travel, but in some cases, we may be able to vaccinate effectively in less time.

Our pharmacists are travel-health are accredited and provide the latest guidance backed by the NHS and .Gov so you can be certain we'll only ever recommend what you need and in good time for a safe trip.

Children are at higher risk than adults of falling ill abroad. We can prescribe and administer children-strength doses or vaccines and malaria medication.

We may need to weigh the child when they attend so we administer the correct dose.
